Terms & Conditions

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of pandonix.com and all products and services offered by Pandonix Technologies Pvt Ltd. Please read them carefully before placing an order or using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing pandonix.com, placing an order, or using any Pandonix service, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our website or services.
These Terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Pandonix Technologies Pvt Ltd, a company incorporated under the Companies Act 2013, with its registered office in Bengaluru, Karnataka, India.
2. Products & Pricing
All prices on pandonix.com are displayed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable GST unless stated otherwise.
• Prices are subject to change without prior notice.
• Product images are for illustrative purposes. Actual product appearance may vary slightly.
• Pandonix reserves the right to limit quantities, decline or cancel orders at its sole discretion.
• In case of a pricing error, Pandonix will notify you before dispatch and offer a full refund if you choose not to proceed at the corrected price.
3. Orders & Payment
Orders are confirmed only upon receipt of full payment and email confirmation from Pandonix.
Accepted payment methods:
• Credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay, Amex)
• UPI (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM)
• Net banking from all major Indian banks
• No-Cost EMI via select bank cards (subject to bank eligibility)
• Corporate purchase orders (for registered Pandonix Pro Business accounts)
Pandonix uses Razorpay as its payment gateway. Card data is processed by Razorpay and is PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant. Pandonix does not store card numbers.
4. Shipping & Delivery
Pandonix delivers across all 28 states and 8 Union Territories of India.
• Standard Delivery: 3–7 business days (metro cities), 5–10 business days (Tier-2/3 cities).
• Express Delivery: 1–2 business days available in select pin codes at additional cost.
• Free shipping on all orders above ₹30,000.
• Deliveries require a signature on receipt. If you are unavailable, a re-delivery will be attempted.
• Pandonix is not liable for delays caused by acts of God, strikes, or other events beyond our reasonable control.
5. Returns & Refunds
Return Window: 10 days from date of delivery for eligible products.
Eligible for return:
• Dead-on-arrival (DOA) products — full replacement or refund.
• Wrong item delivered — full replacement or refund.
• Significant physical damage caused by Pandonix or carrier — full replacement or refund.
Not eligible for return:
• Products damaged due to misuse, accidents, or unauthorised modifications.
• Opened consumables (cables, adapters, thermal paste).
• Software licences once activated.
Refund timeline: Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days to the original payment method after the returned product is received and inspected.
6. Warranty
All Pandonix products carry a standard 1-year limited warranty from the date of purchase, covering manufacturing defects.
Warranty is void if:
• Product serial number or warranty sticker is tampered with.
• Damage is caused by accidents, liquid, power surges, or unauthorised repairs.
• Product is used outside of specified operating conditions.
Extended Warranty: 2- and 3-year extended warranty plans are available for purchase. Pandonix Pro Business customers may be eligible for onsite warranty under their plan.
For warranty claims, contact warranty@pandonix.com with proof of purchase and product serial number.
7. Intellectual Property
All content on pandonix.com — including text, images, logos, product names, UI design, and code — is the intellectual property of Pandonix Technologies Pvt Ltd or its licensors, protected under the Copyright Act, 1957 and applicable trademark law.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, or create derivative works without prior written permission from Pandonix. The Pandonix name, P lettermark, and "Technologies Pvt Ltd" tagline are registered trademarks in India.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, Pandonix's liability to you for any claim arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of our services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.
Pandonix is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including loss of data, profits, or business interruption, even if advised of the possibility of such damages.
9. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any dispute arising from these Terms shall first be attempted to be resolved through good-faith negotiations.
If unresolved within 30 days, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Bengaluru, Karnataka, under the Arbitration and Conciliation Act, 1996. The language of arbitration shall be English.
Courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka, shall have exclusive jurisdiction for any matters not subject to arbitration.
